2. Meet The Doctors
GHCSB will collect all necessary information, case history and completed medical profile and forward them to relevant specialist doctor from our panel. We will review the procedure and the treatment plan with the specialist and provide the patient with the information about the physicians, hospital and cost of care. If necessary we will arrange conference between the referral doctor and the surgeon.
3. Travel Arrangements
We will also discuss with the patient the travel arrangements, accommodations and other required services and their costs. Once the patient concluded the arrangements, the patient pays RM 500/-(USD 200/-)being part of our service fee and 10% deposit of the procedure cost.We do not charge package fees. The fees quoted will be paid directly by the patient to the hospitals, hotels and other service providers.
4. The Journey Begins
The patient arrives in the destination. Our representative will greet the patient at the airport and assist the patient and the accompanying persons throughout their stay and always available by mobile phone. The patient will have the medical procedure as planned and discussed with the specialist. After discharge, the patient will have choice of either returning back or rest and recuperate before returning home.
